Birth Doula Services
As your birth doula, I am here for YOU. I have no expectations of you. My desire is to draw out what your visions is, and support you physically, emotionally, and informationally throughout both the preparations prenatally, and the birth itself. My services include:
-24/7 availability by phone, text and email throughout pregnancy. I am there to chat about anything, receive updates, work through fears, send resources, give you tools to form your own birth vision etc.
- an in person prenatal between 33-37 weeks. Here we will go over your vision in more depth, go over birth and comfort measures, how you partner can support, and chat about postpartum and how to prepare for that.
- In person support throughout your labor & birth. WIth you, supporting you every step of the way physically, emotionally, and making sure you are always aware of your choices.
-support for the first 1-2 hours after baby has been born. The first couple of hours after birth are a special time. I am there to help with breastfeeding, and ensuring you, baby, and partner are comfortable and able to recover + enjoy your baby.
- 1 postpartum visit within first week of delivery. This is a great time for checking in, seeing how breastfeeding/ feeding in general is going. Talk through and process your birth, and make sure you have the support you need to recover to remain both physically and emotionally healthy.

Postpartum Doula Services
My role as a postpartum doula is to support you through the first few months of your baby's life. I am there for the entire family, to help you rest, recover, and feel fully taken care of as you care for your new baby.
As a professional postpartum doula, my education and experience is not only with newborn care, I am also able to facilitate a healthy physical and emotional recovery for the birthing person, and entire family.
As a new parent, you are not only healing from birth, you are also getting to know a new little person + their needs, and adjusting to the new family dynamics. I come in, not to disrupt your regular family rhythms, only to enhance them.
I show up for either a morning or evening shift, ensuring you and the family are nourished, and set up for either a successful day, or ready to take on the night.
This might look like folding laundry, changing sheets, playing with siblings, showing you how to baby wear, giving you time to nap and shower, going on a walk together, or ordering groceries.
